Hearing this made me more emotional then I could have imagined. This remix took me back to a good time in my life, a happy time. When me and my brothers would play this game and Secret of Mana so much, along with tons of other games. Lately my SNES has collected a little dust but now I'm going to bust out Mario Kart and even maybe get my bros together for a little competition. I just wanna be able to play my SNES again all day with excitement, beat all my old games over again like Super Metroid and Zelda LLTP, ActRaiser and so many more. That truely was the best system ever, better then my shitty life.

I'm glad. Smile Yes, SNES truely is the best system ever. I am planning a big Secret of Mana remixes using all kinds of instruments. But, it a long ways off still, I think. But, you can check this out.

This is a mix I did of the Boss Battle from SoM.

yeah, dasaten's two-guitar-n'-bass 'desert rock' sound is indeed astoundingly similar to the great Captain's of legend

of course, it ain't exactly t' same, but whatever. (and for a bit of trivia, on "The Blimp", that's actually Zappa's Mothers of Invention playing; he recorded the phone audio & added the music himself later)

wow

9.6/11

would have liked a non-fadeout ending, but it made me smile immensely regardless

this song terrifies me like the memory of live-action children's movies from the 80's.

but that's actually a pretty good thing.
