I can´t get that Song of Storms groove out of my head! This old-school dancetune is very tasteless in that OLR-way, and your roommate made some awesome lyrics |

Because it may not be obvious, the line "yo we're the Joe you know..." refers to the band Joe Sixpack & the Americans (website here: http://www.myspace.com/joesixpackandtheamericans ), of which I am a part. We're basically defunct, but there ya go.
Also of note is how we do it live... one Alesis Micron, one mic, ALL AWESOME |

Whoah! You're in a band as well? Who else is in a band here? (I really shouldn't be so surprised by this.)
And it's live? You've got my respect. |

Quite a few people are in bands here, I believe - I know dasaten is/was, plus others (can't remember).
The "band" is more of a "project," but I'm perenially trying to start something more solid... my "solo" page though is www.myspace.com/mostevercompany for the interested |

Aww, I envy you guys, but I also respect you all. Haha. I don't have the guts to even want to be in a band. Way too shy. Anywho, I think that's so cool.
Also, your [solo] stuff is nice, penguinf12. I enjoyed listening to what you offered on your myspace.
I think your band has potential cawnil. Has your band come up with anything original thus far? |

Quote: from OCR: ...It could be a remix of lots of songs...
I love how they said this. Song of storms has a distinct sound, and the song is clearly a remix of it. I don't know of what other songs it could possibly sound like a remix of. |
