Big Nemo The Cream Master:
Only one man has the testicular fortitude to attempt mixing one of the most infamously untouched megaman themes and I didn't have an nsf file to refer to so I ripped this off from memory.
Eriw:
This remix actually contains some good arrangement. The samples are crappy though.
King of Pillows:
I love this. _________________

Two things:
First of all... Of course the samples are crappy. Do you know how hard it is to find samples this crappy?
And second off... this is actually from the Nintendo version.
Not the Gameboy.
Very big difference.

Darn, I actually thought this was from the gameboy version (quit being silly and dissing it, arrangement wise the music was probably better than some of it's NES counterparts).
Not a bad arrangement of Wood Man though...this is Wood man right? |

Yes it is Woodman... At least according to how I remembered it.
I never saw/played the Gameboy version so I wasn't sure if there was a difference or if people were just too lazy to find a screenshot of the NES version. _________________ I'm not insensitve... I just don't care.

FYI this was supposed to be the NES version, but I put it in as the GB version on accident... fixed! _________________

Nah, Megaman 2 for gameboy is a little similar to the one for NES, Crash Man, Wood Man, Metal Man and Air Man all have similar stages but not entirley the same. The music however is completley different and in my opinon more emotionally driven than the NES version. Yet apparently somebody spread the opinon that the music sucks from the Gameboy version and everybody just jumped on that bandwagon, despite the fact I'm guessing most of them hadnt heard any of it.
Sorry for the rant, and once again it was a fine job you have done. |

This remix could be a good basis for a good remix (It actually grows on you while listening. It draws in the right direction)
So many mixes which could be built upon... oh the shattered dreams!
(Plus+ awesome abrupt ending... have to love those ) |
