I did this, too. Then, after I found a real copy, I attempted to beat it on real hardware, but, during one of the times I lost against Dracula, I threw my controller down in rage and it hit my NES, resulting in game freeze run on sentence.

Yeah, maybe I remember that. I think it was around the time when OLR had voting and people submitted and listened to remixes on a regular basis. no? |

360
I dl'd the ps2 version but didn't give it much of a chance (only finished the first level I think)
then I played the 360 version at my cousin's house and it started to grow on me. My only complaint is Sonic's constant Ric Flair "WHOOOO"s every time he bosts, but that's easily fixed by switching to jap audio.
also I'm getting sick of that jazzy night time battle music. |

Tell me about it! It honestly makes me feel like Jim Carrey is going to jump out of the next corner in that yellow zoot suit and start screaming catchphrases. |

Mostly all the NES Mega Man games but on the DS. So handy! I just wish the SNES emulator wasn't so buggy (then again I haven't checked in ages, maybe they've released something new?).
...and PC first person shooters, but they are slowly getting less fun as I don't have the time to keep the skill level up where it used to be. Meh. |

Just finished another run through Castlevania: Circle of the Moon. It's much shorter than I remember it being, though that's probably because I accidentally skipped two bosses. went back and completed the map after the first drac fight, then made several more runs through the arena to level up a bit before the final fight. |

Man, I love the Castletroid games sooo much. I've played through all of them at least twice. But, I started with the DS ones, then played Aria of Sorrow and Harmony of Dissonance. When I finally got around to playing COTM, I just couldn't get over the comparatively lame graphics and play control. I know it's supposed to be a great game, but for some reason it can't keep my interest for more than an hour or so. |

I bought my Gameboy Advance specifically for Circle of the Moon. Loved it. Aria of Sorrow was, and I tread carefully in front of SotN, the best of the Castleroids. Though it was too short. I think I beat in sub 10 hours on an emulator.
Though, yes, after beating Circle of the Moon through once, I had no desire to play back through it. The card system is a pain in the ass. _________________ -t3hrealadamd. |

I dunno man, Aria of Sorrow is in 2nd place for me. With its bumped up difficulty, and badass duel weapon system Order of Ecclesia easliy stands uncontested in 1st place. |

At least we can all agree Harmony was pretty disappointing. Juste's sprite looks ugly as hell, the music is annoying, and that wimpy little whip is such a downgrade from Nathan's vampire killer in Circle of the Moon |

Yeah, but I still think it was better than COTM. At least I could play through it. The music was damn annoying, but there were at least 3 good tracks in the game. And, I know I'm probably in the extreme minority, but I think SOTN by far has the worst Castlevania soundtrack ever. |
